The hotel was pleasant and clean, had excellent views of the bay. Pancakes and bacon was a bonus. The restaurant here was great at top floor, we both ordered hot dishes. The staff was awesome, offered us wake up service and ironing free of charge. The location was great and brilliant, for example, Chinatown was just a short walk away from the venue. Set close to pubs and bars, it was a plus.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were surly.
